Councillors' Residential Addresses
In accordance with current legislation, councillors' usual residential addresses are no longer published as part of the public Register of Interests or on our website unless the individual councillor has specifically requested that their address be included.

This change came into effect on 29 June 2026 and applies to all local councils, including town and parish councils. The Register of Interests continues to be maintained and published in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements by the Monitoring Officer of the principal authority (Thanet District Council).

The omission of a residential address from the published register and our website should not be taken as an indication that a declaration has not been made; it reflects the current legal requirements relating to the publication of personal information.
