If you have applied previously from the Ramsgate Fund or from the Ramsgate Events Fund, then you will need to use the forms below in future. Changes have been made to the forms and it is necessary that these forms are used for the correct process, all documents must be included that are on the check list.
All Forms should be returned to Ramsgate Town Council, The Custom House, Harbour Parade, CT11 8LP.
Ramsgate Events Form
The Town Promotion Committee will determine the Events Applications, the Events Applications will only be brought to committee twice a year – March and September.
Discussions and decisions of the event funding allocations will be conducted in private by the Town Promotion Committee.
The first meeting will be held on 2 March 2021 and will consider applications for events being held between 1 April and 30 September 2021
The deadline for submission of applications for the 2 March 2021 meeting will be 10 February 2021
The second meeting will be held in September 2021 and will consider applications for events being held between 1 October 2021 and 31 March 2022
The deadline for submission of applications for the September 2021 meeting will be 11 August 2021

Ramsgate Fund Form
Full Council will determine the Ramsgate Fund Applications, dates of Full Council meetings can be found via the Calendar of Meetings document
The deadline for submission of applications is two weeks before the Full Council meeting
