Tenant ID Requirements

Ramsgate Town Council requires identification when signing an allotment agreement.

We require:
  • one proof of address (Utility Bill (Within 3 months), Council Tax Bill (Current Year), Bank Statement (Within 3 months))
  • one photographic ID (Passport, UK driving licence, UK ID Card)

You will be asked when you sign your first tenancy agreement to show your ID and then you will be required to show it when you renew annually.
