Ending Your Tenancy

If you need to end your tenancy agreement you will need to inform us by email or letter.

You will have 28 days to clear your plot of any materials or crops that you want to keep. After this period, we will clear your plot and re-let it. You will no longer have the right to enter the allotment plot.

If Ramsgate Town Council need to clear the plot on your behalf, you will be charged.
