Key Updates - Planning and Infrastructure Committee Meeting

The Committee considered a report by Miss Laura Fidler, Town Clerk (RFO) on part time contracted (not staff) administrative support for the Neighbourhood Plan Group and agreed to engage someone until 31st March 2023.

The committee also considered three planning applications and the comments will be sent to the Thanet District Council Planning Department.

The above is intended to provide a snapshot of matters that may be of particular interest to residents.

It is also noted that although the town council is a statutory consultee on planning matters, it is Thanet District Council that has the decision making powers.
