Energy Surgeries – Help with Rising Energy Bills

The first two of many Green Doctors energy bill surgeries are being held in Thanet this August as follows:

• August 10 at Broadstairs Library
• August 31 at Ramsgate Library

Groundwork’s Green Doctors are energy efficiency experts who are offering face to face consultations to help with householders/tenants’ energy concerns.

They can assist with:

• Support with energy and water debt by accessing/applying eligible discounts.
• Practical energy advice to reduce energy waste and lower bills.*
• Checking for cheaper tariffs and deals.
• Assessing bills and explaining statements.*
• Onward referrals for help with food, white goods and warm items.
• Providing free energy saving measures and explaining their use.
• Accessing grants for insulation measures or repairs relating to energy performance.

*attendees must bring their latest bill statements and any letters relating to their queries.
