The Town Mayor welcomes invitations to attend events held in Ramsgate. The Mayor attends events which help to raise the profile of many local groups, charities, and businesses.
These events include:
- civic events - including the Annual Service of Remembrance
- community events
- fundraising events for local charities
- launch events - for local businesses and community groups
- visits to local community groups and schools
- hosting receptions for visiting dignitaries and other community leaders
If you are looking to book the Mayor or Deputy Mayor to attend your event, all invitations are required in writing, stating the date, time, venue, and background information of your event and what the Town Mayor is required to do.
To enable the Mayor to participate appropriately at your event, you can either download the booking form from
www.ramsgatetown.org/town-council/town-mayor and return it to us by post or book the Mayor online via the new form. Please complete and send this
no later than four weeks before the engagement, where possible.
