Armed Forces Day Parade and Drumhead Service - Saturday June 28, 2025

To commemorate Armed Forces Day this year, arrangements have been made for the representation of ex-Service Organisations and other bodies to attend a parade around Ramsgate Royal Harbour and a Drumhead Service on Saturday June 28. The Mayor of Ramsgate, Ramsgate Town Councillors and other guests will also attend.

Detachments are asked to assemble along Military Road, adjacent to the Sailor’s Church, CT11 9LG at 10am. The parade will march off at 10:40am along Military Road and Harbour Parade to the Turning Circle where a Drumhead Service will take place at approximately 11am.

At the conclusion of the Service, the Parade will be reformed and return along Harbour Parade and dismiss at the end of the road.
