Climate Change Task Group

Last year, Ramsgate Town Council (RTC) set up a Climate Change Task Group. We aim to carry out projects that will result in a lower carbon footprint for the Council itself and the Ramsgate area, and to influence and learn from neighbouring Councils and other organisations who can help us work towards becoming carbon-neutral.

We’re looking for at least two more members of the local community to join the Task Group. We’re particularly keen to involve residents with experience in work on Climate Change and carbon neutrality – but we'd also be happy to hear from anyone who’s simply interested in the topic and wants to help us work towards net zero.
