Be a star this Christmas and support East Kent Mencap’s festive fundraising appeal

Help make a difference to the lives of people with a learning disability in Thanet by purchasing a star and supporting local charity, East Kent Mencap’s Christmas fundraiser.

Christmas can be a challenging and lonely time for some people with a learning disability. By purchasing a star, you will help East Kent Mencap raise vital funds to support people with a learning disability to have a great Christmas with friends, food and festive activities.

East Kent Mencap’s dedicated volunteers have made beautiful festive stars, available for £10 each. You can buy a star at The ScrapStore on Meeting Street in Ramsgate, or by emailing funds@eastkentmencap.co.uk. Alternatively, you can buy a virtual star which East Kent Mencap will proudly put on their Thanet Hubs Christmas tree, by donating at www.eastkentmencap.co.uk/donate.
