Ban on single-use plastics

From Sunday October 1, 2023, businesses in England will no longer be able to supply, sell or offer a number of single-use plastic items including:

• plastic plates, trays, bowls and cutlery.
• balloon sticks.
• polystyrene cups.
• polystyrene food boxes and containers.
