Road Closure - Church Road

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Scotia Gas Networks, it will be necessary to close part of Church Road, Ramsgate, from 28th September 2026 with estimated completion by 4th October 2026.

Church Road, Ramsgate, will be closed at the junction of A255 Boundary Road, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any Northbound through traffic is via A255 Boundary Road, King Street, Broad Street and Church Road.
The alternative route for any Southbound through traffic is via Church Road, Hardres Street and A255 Boundary Road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing gas works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Scotia Gas Networks.
