Due to works planned to be undertaken by Southern Water, it will be necessary to close part of B2014 Newington Road, Ramsgate, from 10th August 2026 with estimated completion by 14th August 2026.

B2014 Newington Road, Ramsgate, will be closed outside number 5, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via B2014 Newington Road, B2050 Manston Road, A256 Haine Road, A256 Canterbury Road West, A299 Canterbury Road East, A255 Canterbury Road East, A255 Nethercourt Circus, A255 Nethercourt Hill, A255 High Street and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing water works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Southern Water.
